Charmer is a one piece costume. This halter neck leotard has flattering  side and back cutouts and has been covered from top to bottom with bright feathers and finished with crystals to give a bit of glitz.  The back has a cute little net and feathered bustle.  This costume is available in black/white, orange/pink and hot pink/purple.
