School Rulz is a great jazz, tap or hiphop costume.  This is a two piece costume consisting of a cute little leotard with a white  cropped  bodice with a school girl collar and tie.   The tartan tutu style skirt has layers of black net underneath.    Four school girl tartan colours available, red, emerald, hot pink and turquoise.
